Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Bacon chopped
  • 12 oz. Jalapeños about 8-9
  • 1 lb. Chicken
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Smokes paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. Cumin

Cream cheese mix:

  • 8 oz. Cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 c. Sour cream
  • 4 oz. green chilies
  • 4 oz. Mild Cheddar divided
  • 4 oz. Pepper Jack divided
  • 1/2. tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 c. Heavy cream

Instructions
 

Prepare Ingredients:

  • Chop bacon, dice jalapeños, and cook chicken. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and cumin.

Sauté Jalapeños:

  • In the same pan used for bacon, sauté jalapeños until slightly tender.

Make Cream Cheese Mix:

  • Blend softened cream cheese with sour cream. Add green chilies, half of the Mild Cheddar, half of the Pepper Jack, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, and heavy cream. Mix well.

Assemble Casserole:

  • Layer the cream cheese mixture with sautéed jalapeños.

Create Spicy Sauce:

  • In a separate bowl, mix garlic, smoked paprika, and onion powder. Add heavy cream, the rest of the Mild Cheddar, and Pepper Jack. Stir in diced green chilies and most of the cooked bacon.

Combine Ingredients:

  • Add seasoned chicken to the spicy sauce mixture. Stir well and set aside.

Layer in Baking Dish:

  • Use a 9×13-inch dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese and bacon on top.

Bake:
