Ingredients:
DRY:
1 c. Flour
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 tsp. Pepper
3/4 tsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
3/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Cayenne
3/4 tsp. Baking Powder
WET:
1 c. Buttermilk
1 egg
1 lb. Chicken tenders
Directions:
Whisk together dry mix and set aside.
Whisk up egg and buttermilk and soak chicken in it for at least 30 minutes.
Take piece of chicken out of buttermilk mixture put one piece at a time into the dry mix. Coat chicken and press seasoned flour onto chicken. Press firmly.
Fry chicken in cast iron pan with oil heated to 350. Cook for a few minutes on each side till thermometer reads 165.
Let cool on a drying rack.
